As of this addendum: 23 September 2026
Controller: Sureva KmG, Sagipark 3, 6233 Büron (LU), Switzerland
Contact: info@sureva.com
This addendum applies in addition to the Swiss privacy policy where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or comparable EEA law applies, in particular if you are established in the EU, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, or if we specifically process your personal data there. In the event of a conflict, this addendum prevails for data subjects in the EU/EEA/UK to the extent mandatory law so requires. The German full text remains controlling for the contractual relationship under Swiss law.
A. Controller
The controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR is:
Sureva KmG
Sagipark 3
6233 Büron
Switzerland
Email: info@sureva.com
A data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR is not currently appointed. Please address enquiries to info@sureva.com.
EU representative (Article 27 GDPR): Where required by law and no representative has yet been named, the representative will be added here. Until then, Sureva KmG remains the direct contact at the details above.

| Legal obligations | Retention, disclosure to authorities | Article 6(1)(c) GDPR |
Legitimate interests under point (f) include, in particular, the secure and efficient operation of our platform and protection against fraud and attacks. You may object (Article 21 GDPR); if you object to processing for direct marketing, we will stop that processing.

We conclude contracts under Article 28 GDPR, or comparable agreements, with processors.
D. International transfers (Articles 44 et seq. GDPR)
The platform is generally operated in Switzerland and/or the EEA. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
If a transfer is made to a third country without an adequacy decision (for example the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (SCCs), and, where required, supplementary measures. Details of the providers used and the transfer bases are available on request, or are listed in a current overview of processors.
E. Retention
We store personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purposes or as required by statutory retention duties. The guidelines correspond to section 6 of the Swiss privacy policy (dse-2026-09-1). When the purpose ceases, we delete or anonymise the data unless a retention duty applies.

We use non-essential cookies and analytics tools (including Google Tag Manager and tags based on it) only after your consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw or adjust consent at any time in the cookie settings. Further detail: section 9 of the Swiss privacy policy.
H. No solely automated decision
We do not make a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22 GDPR), unless this is indicated transparently otherwise and is permitted by law.
I. Customer content (processing on behalf)
For personal data that you, as a customer, store or process on the platform (including end-user data of your applications), you are as a rule yourself the controller. Sureva acts in that respect as a processor (Article 28 GDPR). A data processing agreement is provided on request or where required by law.
